Let me start off by saying how important it is to eat healthy, nutritious food. With that being said, I find it equally important that those healthy, nutritious foods taste delicious. If you don't like it, you're not going to eat it. You end up wasting good food, and still haven't gotten any of the benefits you cooked it for in the first place. So why not make it taste good? I would rather add a little salt and butter, or a creamy sauce, and watch my kids enjoy their vegetables than see them sit at the table until bedtime because they won't eat them. These are a few of my family's favorite recipes. They all taste great, and almost all really are good for you.
