12 oz noodles- I prefer the spirals or macaroni, but seriously, a noodle is a noodle.
1 T olive oil
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef, turkey, or even chicken
1 can corn, drained
2 cans condensed Tomato Soup
garlic salt, to taste
In one pot, boil the noodles according to the directions on the package. While they are cooking, you can make everything else.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat until it shimmers, then add the onion. Cook the onion, stirring occastionally, until it becomes translucent, and then add the meat, season with garlic salt, and keep cooking and stirring until meat is no longer pink.
Add in corn, and stir to combine. Then mix in tomato soup, and reduce heat. When noodles are done, drain them and add them to the pan with everything else. Stir it up, and mix in a little parmesan cheese. Serve it hot, and top with more parmesan cheese.
